Do you have a great story about a time when you forgot where you parked?

Tell us your story as a video (live action, animation, claymation, etc) or in writing. Videos must be: (1) less than 1 minute long, (2) less than 10MB file size, and (3) in MPEG4 format. Written entries must be maximum 500 words and submitted as text in an email (no attachments please).
